When registering for a course, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number and your motivation message. This data is necessary to process your application.

Your data is used exclusively for: processing your registration request, sending you information about your application and the course, and managing the list of participants.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 §1 (a) GDPR) given when submitting the registration form.

Your data is kept for the duration of your course participation, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months after the end of the last session you were enrolled in.

Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is stored on our server hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

We use IONOS's SMTP service to send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders). Your email address is transmitted to this provider for this purpose only.
